I was hired by a family-owned grocery shopping business to improve their website and mobile app's user interface and user experience. The main objectives were to make it easier for customers to find and purchase products, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
Design With the user research findings in mind, I designed a UI and UX for the grocery shopping business. I focused on creating an intuitive design that would guide users to the main features of the website and mobile app, including product search, shopping cart, and checkout.
Homepage I started with the homepage, which had a clear call-to-action button that would direct the users to the product search page. The homepage also featured the latest deals, promotions, and featured products. It gave users a quick overview of the most popular products, promotions, and savings available.
